Home Service Heroes
More Than 40 Years of Experience.
A LIFETIME OF HOME SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
Founder Andrew A. “Drew” Altman Sr. has spent more than four decades helping homeowners make informed decisions,
improve their properties, and move forward with confidence.
Customer Satisfaction is MIH’s
#1 Priority!
MIH Home Services is a home services company built on a lifetime of experience. Founder Andrew A. “Drew” Altman Sr. has spent more than four decades helping homeowners make informed decisions, improve their properties, and move forward with confidence.
Throughout his career, he has remained focused on a straightforward principle: listen to the customer, explain the options clearly, and do everything possible to get the job done right. Today, Drew brings that experience and customer-first philosophy to MIH Home Services, a Columbia, Maryland-based home remodeling and roofing company serving selected communities throughout Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
What Does MIH Mean?
MIH stands for Make It Happen, one of Drew’s personal mantras. For Drew, “Make It Happen” does not mean rushing through a project or making promises that cannot be kept. It means taking responsibility, finding practical solutions, communicating clearly, and following through on the commitments made to the customer. That philosophy guides how MIH Home Services approaches every project, from a smaller home repair to a major remodeling or roofing installation.
“For more than 40 years, I have believed that homeowners deserve straight answers, reliable communication, and people who genuinely care about the outcome of their project. I started MIH Home Services to bring that personal approach to every customer we serve. When you call us, you will reach real people not AI who are ready to listen, help, and make things happen.”

Roofing Services Built Around the Needs of Your Home
Andrew A. “Drew” Altman Sr. is the founder of MIH Home Services LLC and a home-services professional with more than 40 years of industry experience. His background includes roofing, home improvement, business leadership, team development, and customer service.
Before establishing MIH Home Services, Drew founded and led a respected regional home-services company. Under his leadership, that business earned more than 700 five-star Google reviews, maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, received a BBB Torch Award for Business Ethics, and earned recognition from Angi and HomeAdvisor.
His professional background also includes GAF-certified roofing experience.
Drew’s greatest source of pride, however, is not a title or award. It is the trust homeowners placed in him and his teams over the years.
A Home Services Company Built on an Established Reputation
MIH Home Services may be a new name, but Drew’s commitment to homeowners has been developed over a career spanning more than four decades.
His reputation was not built through advertising alone. It was built one conversation, one customer, and one completed project at a time.
Drew understands that inviting a company into your home requires trust. Homeowners need to know who they are working with, what is being recommended, how much the work will cost, and what will happen after the agreement is signed.
That is why MIH Home Services was created around personal accountability, clear communication, experienced guidance, and attentive service from beginning to end.

Our Years of Experience Help Homeowners Make Better Decisions
Four decades in the home-services industry have taught Drew that no two homes, and no two homeowners, are exactly alike. A recommendation that is appropriate for one property may not be appropriate for another.
The right solution depends on the condition of the home, the customer’s objectives, the project scope, material preferences, schedule, and budget. That is why MIH does not begin with a predetermined answer.
Whether you are planning a major transformation or finally addressing a list of smaller projects, our goal is simple: understand what you need, give you practical options, and Make It Happen.

We begin by asking questions:
- What do you want to improve
- What is not working well today?
- How do you want to use the living space in your home?
- Which concerns are most important?
- What are your timing and budget priorities?
- What would a successful result look like to you?
Customer Service Is Not a Department. It Is Our Primary Business.
Drew has always believed that excellent customer service must be part of every stage of a company’s operation. It begins with how the phone is answered. It continues through the initial consultation, proposal, scheduling, project coordination, installation, and final walkthrough. It also includes how questions or concerns are handled after the work is completed.
At MIH Home Services, customer service means:
Being accessible
Homeowners should know how to reach the company and who is responsible for helping them.
Being clear
Recommendations, pricing, responsibilities, and expectations should be explained before work begins.
Being respectful
Customers should feel heard, and their homes should be treated with care.
Being accountable
When a commitment is made, the company should take responsibility for following through.
Being practical
The objective is not to sell the largest possible project. It is to help the homeowner identify an appropriate solution.
