MIH Home Services LLC is pleased to announce that our team has been selected to complete housing improvements at Naval Support Facility Indian Head in Maryland and Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia.
The assignment includes interior and exterior painting of designated military residences, along with asphalt driveway improvements in residential neighborhoods at both installations.
Supporting Military Housing Communities
Military housing is more than a collection of buildings. These residences and neighborhoods are home to service members and their families.
Projects in active residential communities require careful scheduling, dependable communication, respect for residents, and close coordination among crews and authorized installation representatives.
MIH Home Services will perform the approved work in accordance with all applicable access, scheduling, safety, quality-control, and site requirements. Specific residence locations, work schedules, and other installation-sensitive project information will not be publicly disclosed.
Interior and Exterior Painting
The painting portion of the assignment includes work on the interiors and exteriors of designated military residences.
Interior and exterior painting require different preparation, materials, and application methods. Interior projects must be organized to protect floors, fixtures, furnishings, and surrounding surfaces while minimizing disruption to residents. Exterior work requires close attention to surface preparation, weather, access, and the durability of the finished coating.
MIH will coordinate each approved phase of the painting work according to the project specifications and installation requirements.
Asphalt Driveway Improvements
MIH Home Services will also complete asphalt driveway work throughout designated residential neighborhoods at Indian Head and Quantico.
Driveway projects require careful planning for site access, surface preparation, equipment, scheduling, and the amount of time required before the improved areas can return to normal use.
Our goal is to complete the authorized driveway work efficiently while maintaining clear communication and minimizing disruption to the surrounding communities.
